The KEYXE website is operated by ALDER HARBOR IMPORTS LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, US (“KEYXE”, “we”, “us”). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
What we offer today
KEYXE currently offers a public informational website, a free interactive demo that runs in your browser on synthetic data, free learning guides and calculators, developer documentation, and forms for contact, security reports, privacy requests and community ideas. KEYXE does not currently offer customer accounts, paid plans or live connections to Amazon services. Descriptions of planned features are statements of intent, not promises of availability.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site in violation of any law, or to infringe anyone’s rights;
- submit content that is unlawful, harassing or misleading, or that contains other people’s personal data without permission;
- submit credentials, access tokens or passwords through any form;
- attempt to bypass bot protection, rate limits or other security controls, or send automated, bulk or spam submissions;
- interfere with or disrupt the website, the API or the networks that serve them;
- misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or imply that KEYXE endorses you.
Security testing
Unauthorized testing, scanning or exploitation of KEYXE systems is not permitted. If you believe you have found a vulnerability, report it through the security report form, avoid accessing or modifying data that isn’t yours, and avoid degrading the service. We do not operate a paid bug bounty.
Your submissions
You are responsible for the information you submit and confirm it is accurate and yours to share. We use submissions to respond to you and as described in the Privacy Policy. If you send us suggestions or feedback — including through the community ideas form — you allow us to use them without obligation to you. We do not publish your submission or your name without your permission.
Free learning tools
The guides, glossary and calculators are educational. Calculator results depend entirely on the numbers you enter, use simplified formulas with stated limitations, and are not financial, accounting, tax or advertising advice.
Intellectual property
The KEYXE name and logo, the website’s text, design, illustrations and software are owned by ALDER HARBOR IMPORTS LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share pages for your own informational use. You may not copy, modify or redistribute site content or software except as allowed by law or by a license that explicitly applies.
Open-source components
KEYXE plans to publish selected components under open-source licenses. Any such component will be governed by the license distributed with it, which will prevail over these terms for that component. No KEYXE component has been published under an open-source license yet.
Third-party names and services
Amazon, Amazon Selling Partner API and Amazon Ads are names of Amazon services, used on this site only to describe integrations KEYXE is designed to support. KEYXE is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by Amazon. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
Disclaimers
The demo uses synthetic, fictional data for illustration. It is not financial, accounting, tax or advertising advice, and its numbers do not describe any real business. The website and demo are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALDER HARBOR IMPORTS LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the website, the demo or the forms. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes
We may update these terms as the website and services change. We will revise the effective date above, and material changes will be highlighted on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
