You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information submitted directly through KEYXE, subject to applicable legal obligations. If live Amazon integrations become available, account disconnection and data removal will be governed by separate permissions, retention policies and platform obligations.
How it works

KXD-reference once the request is stored. - STEP 2
Verify
We contact you at the email you provided to confirm you control it. Nothing is changed before verification.
- STEP 3
Act
We provide a copy, correct, or delete the information you submitted through KEYXE forms, except records the law requires us to keep.
- STEP 4
Confirm
We tell you what was done. Requests are never displayed publicly, and a reference cannot be used to view a request.
Deletion is not automated. Requests are recorded automatically, but identity verification and deletion are carried out by an authorized person, so that nobody else can remove or obtain your information.

Future Amazon account data
KEYXE does not hold any Amazon seller or advertising data today. If live integrations launch, disconnecting an account will revoke KEYXE’s access and trigger deletion of the associated data under a separately documented lifecycle that follows Amazon’s requirements.
