Order count, units and status
Daily orders and units with a status split — shipped, unshipped, pending, canceled — as of the data time. One order can contain several units, so both are shown.
Amazon SP-API solution area · KEYXE Orders & Reports
View illustrative order volumes, statuses and period changes in a structured dashboard. In an authorized production integration, KEYXE is designed to request only the order and report information necessary for the selected customer use case.
This demonstration contains no real customer or buyer data.
Capabilities
Daily orders and units with a status split — shipped, unshipped, pending, canceled — as of the data time. One order can contain several units, so both are shown.
Last 7, 30 or 90 days, or a custom inclusive range, compared with the equally long period before it. If the prior window isn’t covered, no comparison is shown.
Order history reports are requested, processed by Amazon and downloaded later. KEYXE tracks each state openly instead of pretending results are instant.
Completed reports can be summarized in the workspace and exported to CSV or JSON. In the demo, exports are labeled synthetic on every row.
A failed or cancelled report is shown with its reason and a retry option. Partial data is flagged, not silently filled with zeros.
KEYXE’s order analytics do not need buyer names, addresses, emails or phone numbers, so restricted data is not requested. Any such column that ever appeared would be dropped and flagged.
Report lifecycle
KEYXE asks Amazon to prepare a report for one seller, marketplace and period.
Amazon builds the report asynchronously. KEYXE waits rather than polling aggressively.
The report document is downloaded once, validated and stored with its period and “as of” time.
Failures are shown as failures, with the reason when Amazon provides one — never as an empty success.
The planned design uses the current Orders API (version 2026-01-01) for order overviews, requesting only non-personal data sets such as fulfillment and cancellation details, and the Reports API (version 2021-06-30) for order history reports. These require an approved SP-API application and an applicable non-restricted role. API names and versions are verified against Amazon’s documentation before implementation.
Orders count purchases; units count items within them; ordered sales value those items at the order price. Canceled orders remain in the order count with their status so trends stay explainable.
This demonstration contains no real customer or buyer data. Order counts and statuses are generated from a seeded synthetic dataset.
Status splits, daily orders and period comparisons are all in the Seller Analytics demo.
