Demo vs. live accounts
No. The demo uses fictional data generated in your browser. It never connects to Amazon and cannot see any account.
Only after Amazon approves KEYXE for the relevant API and the integration is configured and tested. Each integration’s status is shown on the Amazon Integrations page.
No. There is no sign-up or login. The demo is free and needs no email or payment details.
SP-API approval vs. Ads access
Not yet. KEYXE has not received Amazon approval for the Selling Partner API or the Amazon Ads API. KEYXE is operated by ALDER HARBOR IMPORTS LLC and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon.
They are different Amazon services with separate applications, consent screens, data-use rules and revocation. Access to one never grants access to the other.
No. DSP, Amazon Marketing Cloud and Marketing Stream are separately scoped products with their own access. They are not part of KEYXE today.
Data source definitions
Ordered sales are what shoppers ordered in a period. Attributed sales are sales an advertising report credits to ad interactions within an attribution window. They overlap and are never added together.
ACoS = ad spend ÷ attributed ad sales; ROAS = attributed ad sales ÷ ad spend. Both use period totals and show N/A when the denominator is zero.
Because “unknown” and “zero” mean different things. A ratio with a zero denominator, or a period without data, is shown as N/A.
Browser compatibility
Current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari on desktop and mobile. The interactive demo and forms need JavaScript; content pages work without it.
The forms use Cloudflare Turnstile. Content blockers or strict privacy extensions can block it. Allow challenges.cloudflare.com or try another browser, then reload the page.
Reporting limitations
No. Many Amazon reports are produced asynchronously and some attributed results arrive days later. KEYXE labels every view with its period and “as of” time.
No. Financial views are reporting aids with stated assumptions. Final figures belong in your accounting system.
No. Report availability depends on the account, marketplace, roles and programs such as Brand Registry.
MCP and external AI
No. The MCP Tool Explorer is a browser-local simulator on synthetic data. A hosted, authenticated MCP gateway is planned.
Not automatically, and not by default. Transferring real Amazon data to an external AI provider requires a separate permitted-use and policy assessment, and is disabled in KEYXE today.
Security incident vs. support
Use the confidential security report form. Please don’t post details publicly and don’t include passwords or tokens.
Read the Security page, then use the contact form with the topic “Security/Privacy”.
Open-source licensing
Not today. KEYXE plans to release selected components, such as metric formulas and synthetic data tools, after security and license review. Apache-2.0 is under consideration for original code, but no license has been selected and no public repository exists yet. See the Open Source page for the current roadmap.
The downloadable synthetic samples are provided for evaluation and learning. Formal license terms will accompany the public release.
Pricing
The interactive demo and public documentation are free. Paid subscription plans are not currently available.
Data deletion
Use the data request form. We verify your identity first, then act and confirm. Nothing is deleted automatically.
No. A reference is only for correspondence; there is no public lookup.
